Ryan Sweeney

Co-President

Ryan (he/him) is a senior majoring in Communication and Media with a minor in Business. He joined MFMS during his freshman year and has since held several positions on the marketing team, including Marketing Coordinator, Public Relations Manager, Director of Public Relations, and Marketing & Social Liaison. Now, he’s thrilled to be rounding out his time on the student planning team as one of its Co-Presidents. Professionally, Ryan works as a Support Lead, handling data entry for Acosta Sales & Marketing, a marketing agency serving the retail and food service industries. He has also gained experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern for Rebel Nell, a women-owned jewelry company based in Detroit. He also took on an editorial internship for Raandoom, a collaborative media platform that highlights global perspectives on fashion, lifestyle, and arts and culture. Looking ahead, Ryan hopes to pursue opportunities in the entertainment industry and plans to take his skills to Los Angeles after graduating from Michigan.
