Under Lori's leadership, Parlux delivered one of beauty's biggest success stories - the launch of Billie Eilish's debut fragrance and her subsequent collection as one of the fastest-growing artist fragrance lines in history. She also revitalized legacy fragrance house Vince Camuto, is launching Paris Hilton's 30th fragrance and introduced The Shop Men's Grooming Line in collaboration with LeBron James and Maverick Carter.

Before joining Parlux, Lori built an impressive career at Coty as Group Vice President of Global Marketing, driving growth for some of the most iconic names in luxury fragrance, including Marc Jacobs, Balenciaga, Calvin Klein, and Vera Wang. Her expertise in crafting compelling brand narratives and consumer-first strategies laid the foundation for her success at Parlux.
